By accessing and using our website at www.theglobalwin.com and/or on our mobile application (collectively “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. You may not access our services if you disagree with any part of the terms.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service, without notice and in our sole discretion, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of suspension or termination, you are no longer authorised to access the Service, and all rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will be null and void.

To the maximum extent permitted by Law, The Global Win, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, or any conduct or content of any party other than the applicable The Global Win party, including without limitation any defamatory, offensive or illegal behaviour.

The Global Win and its graphics, logos, icons, and service names related to the Service are registered and unregistered trademarks or trade dress of Straight Records LTD. They may not be used without our prior written consent.

When you submit, upload, or post content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in any format or medium now known or later developed for any purpose, including for promoting the Service and its related services.
27. User Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service. We reserve the right but have no obligation, to monitor or take action regarding disputes between you and other users or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and The Global Win and supersede all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations, and understandings between us, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
30. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms and Conditions and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after we publish the revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept them.
31. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions by us will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
32. Assignment
We may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you. Without our written consent, you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
33. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
34. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled by arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, CAP A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria Branch). The language of the arbitration will be English. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Global Win may seek and obtain injunctive relief in any jurisdiction in any court, and you agree not to oppose these efforts.

By continuing to access or use our Service after we have posted a modification to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If the changes are unacceptable, your only recourse is to cease using the Services.
Participants are expected to fulfill the following requirements prior to claiming their winnings:
- Be between 18 and 50 years of age.
- Your Name and Age on your birth certificate or affidavit must match your name on our platform
- International Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months at the time of visa application
- Select preferred university and course of study from the list of universities and courses available on TGW website.
- Must Possess the following documents before claiming winnings.
- Bachelor’s Degree results and transcripts.
- West African Examinations Council (WAEC) Certificate with minimum of credits in relevant subjects, including English and Math.
- Participants are advised to check for further requirements specific to the selected universities.
Participants are expected to fulfill the following requirements prior to claiming their winnings:
- Be between 18 and 50 years of age.
- Your Name and Age on your birth certificate or affidavit must match your name on our platform
- Participants are required to select their preferred country of destination from the list of countries provided on TGW website.
- Evidence of clean criminal record.
- International Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months at the time of visa application.
- 4 copies of Passport Photograph.
- Direct Payment to Institutions:
- All scholarship winnings will be disbursed directly to the educational institution in question. No funds will be transferred to the winner’s personal bank account or handed over in cash or cheque.
- Fee Coverage Limitations:
- The scholarship prize covers only the official tuition fees stipulated by the educational institution’s official invoice or billing statement.
- In cases where the winner opts for the institution’s accommodation, the scholarship will cover accommodation costs, provided they are billed directly by the educational institution.
- Any additional costs, fees, or expenses not stated in the official billing statement from the institution will not be covered by the scholarship prize. An inflated invoice will not be accepted. Period!
- Direct Payments to Other Entities:
- For winners whose scholarship prize includes related expenses such as visa processing, travel, or admission agency fees, the disbursement will be made directly to the respective embassy, travel agent, admission agency, or airline.
- Falsification of Invoices or Bills:
- Any attempt to present falsified, altered, or fraudulent invoices, billing statements, or any other financial documents to claim a scholarship prize will result in immediate disqualification from the game.
- If a winner has used falsified documents after the disbursement, they may be subject to legal action, and the institution will be notified of the fraudulent activity.
- Integrity of Academic and Admission Documents:
- Winners must provide authentic and unaltered academic results, admission letters, or any other relevant documents as proof of eligibility for the scholarship prize.
- Presenting forged, falsified, or fraudulent academic or admission documents will immediately invalidate the prize win.
- The winner may face legal repercussions if the fraudulent activity is discovered after the disbursement, and the institution will be informed accordingly.
- Confirm the exact price for Tuition and School Accommodation on that program. Review Choice of Admission. If already in school. We only cover remaining cost.
International Study Games:
- Bachelor’s Program: The scholarship covers tuition for a maximum of 3 years.
- Master’s Program: The scholarship covers tuition for 18 months.
- PhD Program: The scholarship covers tuition for a maximum of 3 years.
National Games:
- Bachelor’s Program: The scholarship covers tuition for up to 4 years.
- Master’s Program: The scholarship covers tuition for up to 1 year.
- PhD Program: The scholarship covers tuition for up to 5 years.
Scope of Scholarship Coverage:
- International Study Games: The scholarship prize awarded in the International Study Games includes coverage of tuition and, in specific cases, accommodation if the winner resides within the institution’s premises or official capacity and payments are made directly to the institution.
- National Games: For winners of the National Games, the scholarship prize solely covers tuition fees. In specific scenarios, accommodation costs may also be covered, but only if the student lives within the institution’s premises or official accommodation and payments are made directly to the institution.
Direct Payment to Institutions:
- All scholarship winnings will be disbursed directly to the educational institution. No funds will be transferred to the winner’s personal bank account or handed over in cash or cheque.
Falsification of Invoices or Bills:
- Winners attempting to present falsified, altered, or fraudulent invoices or other financial documents for scholarship claims will be disqualified immediately.
- If falsification is discovered post-disbursement, the winner might face legal action, and the institution will be informed of the misconduct.
Document Integrity:
- Winners must submit authentic and unaltered academic results, admission letters, or other pertinent documents.
- Presenting forged or fraudulent academic or admission documents will invalidate the prize win instantly. Discovering misconduct after prize disbursement could lead to legal consequences, with the institution being duly informed.
