  • All sale of tickets and payment of prizes must be made in compliance with these terms and conditions.
  • Participants must purchase tickets for its full price unless such tickets are discounted by TGW. 
  • Tickets must be purchased from authorized agents of TGW and participants must get email/sms confirmation of purchase. 
  • Participants are to ensure that tickets purchased are kept safe and in good condition. 
  • A Participant must ensure that the ticket has correct entries on selection, category, draw time & date and a unique ticket ID number. Participants should immediately report to TGW’s customer representative or its authorized agents if the ticket lacks any of these details or has an incorrect entry.
  • Participants must present a ticket to claim the prize; the prize shall not be fulfilled until a valid winning ticket is presented by the owner of the ticket. Ownership of a ticket or prize is not transferable.

Online Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel a Participant’s winning if discovered to be obtained by foul play, mischief, or fraud.
  • TGW reserves the right to void any ticket which may be accidentally accepted when the Participant’s account lacks sufficient funds to cover the cost of ticket for the category selected.
  • TGW may void entries in its absolute discretion if:
    • Participant is suspected of engaging in any illegal activity.
    • There is reason to believe that the entry may be subject to manipulation, collusion or other unethical activity.
    • Participants breached any of TGW’s terms as contained herein.
    • There is a technical error related to the Service.
    • The ticket was purchased after the relevant draw had taken place.
    • Required to do so by law or regulation.
  • We are not liable to Participants for any loss that may be incurred due to suspension or delay resulting from any technical errors.
  • Participants that abuse or exploit systemic or technical errors/malfunctions on TGW platform will have their account closed and any entry and/or winnings forfeited.
  • We reserve the right to monitor all Participants activity for irregular entry and bad faith.
  • In the case of suspected or fraudulent payments, including use of stolen credit/debit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including chargeback or reversal of a payment), we reserve the right to void tickets and recover any winnings. We shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud or otherwise unlawful activity.
  • Under no circumstances will TGW be liable for any unauthorized use of credit/debit cards, irrespective of if the credit/debit card was reported stolen.
  • TGW reserves the right to void any winnings should the Participant be involved in any prohibited activity including but not limited to. presentation of fake results, forged documents or the Participant has a criminal record.

 

Retail Cancellation

  • An issued ticket will not be canceled under any circumstances except the ticket is issued in error, unreadable, incomplete or has incorrect entries.
  • To cancel a ticket, the Participant must return the ticket to TGW’s authorized agents within 30 mins of purchase or before close of sale or 72 hours before draw time.
  • Participant must ensure that he gets receipt of cancellation from TGW authorized agents. The Participant must be entitled to receive a refund of the exact value of the canceled ticket.
  • Draw will take place on the 28th of the month  . If the draws exercise will be quarterly, the following dates will be the draw dates; 28th September 2023 and 28th December, 2023.
  • Ticket sales will close at least 2 hours before the scheduled draw time.
  • The selection of winning numbers will be carried out with the help of an electronic random number generator.
  • Results of draws will be available on TGW’s website, social media channels and authorized agents outlets.
  • The draw process will be live on social media and possibly on TV.
  • Other educational activities, talks and games may be part of the draw event.
  • Our website www.theglobalwin.com will stream every draw live.
  • Winning ticket holders will be notified by E-mails, SMS and Telephone calls.

We express our deepest condolences in times of loss. To close an account following a bereavement, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process.

  • All enquiry, suggestion, and complaints about TGW services should be sent to customer service. Such complaints will be escalated to a competent manager for immediate action and response.

  • Customer complaints/claims of any nature must be submitted within 5 days of occurrence of the event leading to the complaint. 
  • Upon receipt, best efforts will be made to resolve the complaint promptly. We will endeavor to resolve and respond within 48 hours. TGW will communicate a decision on complaints to participants within a reasonable time.
  • In determining the accuracy of any complaint or claim, the records of the TGW server shall be the final authority.
  • If for any reason a Participant is not satisfied with TGW resolution or decision, such Participant may refer the matter to National Lottery Regulatory Commission.
  • These Terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the Laws of Nigeria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria to settle any disputes (including claims for set off and counterclaims) which may arise in connection with the creation, validity, effect, interpretation, or performance of, or the legal relationships established by or otherwise arising in connection with these Terms.
